VISA HEADQUARTERS LOBBY DESK

This new lobby desk is fully integrated with the security demands required at Visa's international headquarters while welcoming visitors with it's subtle textures of illuminated artisan glass, natural granite and makore wood.

Built-in counter spaces conceal the array of equipment necessary.  An adjacent photo kiosk is constructed of switch-able glass to provide an opaque backdrop for badging visitors.

VISA CONFERENCE CENTER

Concept designs for a new conference center were conveyed with 3D visualizations.

Foyers on axis with main circulation paths are designed as focal points which heighten a sense of arrival and way-finding.

New conference rooms create a contemporary workplace through warm materials, state of the art technology, and built-in functionality.

CORPORATE
TRAINING ROOM RENOVATION

Located off a skylit corridor, this project brings natural light into an existing land-locked conference room.

Stringent code requirements associated with two-hour fire-rated construction led to the use of an innovative product classified as a fire-rated transparent wall.

The windows were designed as slender vertical openings, framed in warm maple, with integral motorized shades.

COURTYARD ENCLOSURE

A preliminary design to enclose mirrored landscaped courtyards was required to start a dialogue with the city planners regarding project feasibility.

Stainless steel mesh detailed with open gaps creates a highly transparent solution, fostering a visual connection across courtyards and with passersby.

Climbing plants on the lightweight steel structure enhance the garden atmosphere in the courtyard.
